Registration Instructions:


During the registration process, you will supply details of your organization’s past and future global meetings, including location, venue, dates, and attendance numbers. If your organization is just starting to hold international meetings, you must have a meeting booked for a future date.

When your application has been processed and accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the program and periodic communications from PCMA with all of the information you need leading up to your departure! At the show, you are requested to schedule a minimum of eight appointments per day with exhibitors throughout the three-day show.
