Join a Committee

PCMA's strongest asset is its membership and our member's willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise. Putting that talent into action by volunteering for a committee can be your first step to an active role in PCMA.

Volunteering provides tremendous benefits including personal growth, professional development, building industry contacts and developing relationships with colleagues along the way.

Listed below are the committees on which you can sit. To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Application Form or contact Director/Volunteers, Kevin Belanger at

Community Involvement

November 6, 2013 - Service In Sync® (SIS) is a program encouraging PCMA members to come together and give back to their local communities on behalf of the meetings industry during the first week of November.

The Southeast Chapter of PCMA will be volunteering at the Atlanta Community Food Bank in the Product Rescue Center (PRC!)

The Product Rescue Center (PRC) provides quality grocery items including non-perishable goods such as canned and packaged products as well as perishable goods such as frozen/refrigerated items and also health and beauty items  to over 700 non-profit partner agencies in Metro Atlanta and the North Georgia area. These partner agencies, in turn, distribute these products to individuals and families in need. Volunteers make this possible by sorting, inspecting and packing donated items for these groups.  The PRC is a fun, hands-on project.

Past Events
On July 17, members of the Southeast Chapter of PCMA volunteered their time to prepare and serve a hot meal to the women and children of the Atlanta Day Shelter.  In addition to serving lunch, members donated an abundance of school supplies and toiletries to the shelter in August.  Thank you for all the donations!
A huge thank you to the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau for sponsoring the event!
