PCMA is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board guides and monitors PCMA's strategic planning and contributes insight towards staff endeavors. In addition, PCMA Committees and Task Forces work to support PCMA's goals and objectives.
The PCMA Education Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is responsible for fundraising, guardianship of the Corpus and funds raised, and support of PCMA and the industry. Committees and task forces are assigned by the Foundation to assist in achieving its mission.
